Jesus, The Risen Christ, said,
"RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT. WHOSE SINS YOU FORGIVE ARE FORGIVEN. WHOSE SINS YOU DO NOT FORGIVE, THEY ARE NOT FORGIVEN."
