Here in exile my heart is breaking,and so I turn my thoughts to him.He has sent waves of sorrow over my soul;chaos roars at me like a flood,like waterfalls thundering down to the Jordanfrom Mount Hermon and Mount Mizar. Here in exile my heart is breaking,and so I turn my thoughts to him.He has sent waves of sorrow over my soul;chaos roars at me like a flood,like waterfalls thundering down to the Jordanfrom Mount Hermon and Mount Mizar. Why am I so sad?Why am I so troubled?I will put my hope in God,and once again I will praise him,my saviour and my God. Psalms 42:5-7

Here in exile my heart is breaking,
and so I turn my thoughts to him.
He has sent waves of sorrow over my soul;
chaos roars at me like a flood,
like waterfalls thundering down to the Jordan
from Mount Hermon and Mount Mizar. Here in exile my heart is breaking,
and so I turn my thoughts to him.
He has sent waves of sorrow over my soul;
chaos roars at me like a flood,
like waterfalls thundering down to the Jordan
from Mount Hermon and Mount Mizar. Why am I so sad?
Why am I so troubled?
I will put my hope in God,
and once again I will praise him,
my saviour and my God. Psalms 42:5-7

Day one of three bedside prayer

Mark 5:21-24

The Memoraere

     Remember, O Most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known, that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was never left unaided.

     Inspired with this confidence, I flee into the, O Virgin of virgins, our Mother. To thee I come; Before thee I stand; sinful and sorrowful. I Mother of the word Incarnate; despise not my petition, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
